Hi! I’m Gillian Anunson and I’ll be your president for the 2021-2022 school year. I’m currently a senior studying mechanical engineering with a biomedical focus. In my free time, I play soccer for the Club team at Bradley and the trumpet in the Basketball band. I also love to do crafts like paint and embroidery. I joined SWE to meet more women in engineering and expand my network. I love SWE because it is a great support system to have for all your classes and while looking for internships, not to mention the people are amazing. Last year I got an internship at Milwaukee tool, and it was mostly because of SWE. Feel free to email me any questions you may have!

Hi my name is Abby Farmer, and I am a senior Industrial Engineer with a minor in Management and Leadership. I was first involved with SWE my freshman year on campus when they hosted fun events, like tie dyeing t-shirts, and professional speakers. The environment was unique, fun, and inspiring to me because I had female role models studying similar subjects. In addition to being the SWE Treasurer, I am also the Secretary for Alpha Pi Mu, the Special Events Coordinator for SERVE, and involved in the Newman Center. Some things I like to do for fun are swimming, reading, and art projects. I am excited to learn more about SWE through being the Treasurer this year!

Greetings everyone! My name is Jazmyne Worthy. I am the 2021 - 2022 Outreach Chair this academic year. I am a junior in the LAS department studying Chemistry with a concentration in Chemical Engineering. I also am minoring in Business Analytics. I love nature, anything creative or art-oriented, and active activities. On BU's campus, I'm the President of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and the Treasurer of the Epsilon Eta chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. I joined SWE because when I was a senior in high school I met many women who were a part of SWE on my journey to find my major. They were amazing women and informed me how SWE helped them have a better sense of belonging in a male-dominated field. They explained how the organization offered them many opportunities to excel. Lastly, SWE gave them an environment to meet other amazing women with goals similar to themselves, ultimately giving them a strong network of collaborators. I can't wait to meet you all, this semester will be wonderful!

I'm Sam, and I'll be your 2021-2022 vice president! I am excited to spread the word about how great our SWE community is here! I'm studying Mechanical Engineering with a minor in entrepreneurship and I hope to work in consumer product and design after graduation. I'm also involved in WAGS for Mags and rock climbing club. I joined SWE so I could be an active part of the engineering community here and learn from my fellow female engineers. I'm excited to meet you all!

Hey everyone! My name is Holly and I'm your secretary for the school year :) I'm a junior majoring in mechanical engineering and minoring in sustainability. I love sports and getting outside and being active. You can find me doing everything from soccer to hiking, and am always looking for a new adventure. On the flip side, I love love love Formula 1 racing too. At Bradley, I participate in BU Society of Automotive Engineers, Adventure Club, Bradley Ballroom Dancing, and a few other clubs. I joined SWE to meet more females in engineering, and I decided to join the exec board in order to learn more about all the opportunities SWE has to offer. I can't wait to meet you all!

Hi, my name is Kallie Inman and I am a junior mechanical engineering major. I joined SWE my freshman year to meet students with similar interests as me and get involved in the community and with companies in the area. I had so much fun at all of the meetings and social events, so I knew that being the Activities Chair would be a great fit for me. In addition to SWE, I am a recruitment chair for Epsilon Sigma Alpha and a Student Admissions Representative (STAR). In my free time, I like to bake, hike, and play volleyball. I am so excited to be Activities Chair this year, and I can't wait to see everyone at our events!
Hey everyone! My name is Rebecca and I’m your conference chair for this year. I’m a junior in industrial engineering with a concentration in supply chain analytics and a minor in business analytics. I love painting and finding new shows to watch! On campus I am involved in IISE, APICS, BU Red Cross Club and Epsilon Sigma Alpha. My name is Kathryn Kauffman and I am your SWE Counselor! I graduated from BU in 2019 with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. I currently work for Komatsu as a Quality Engineer. I joined SWE while attending Bradley and have been involved with the professional section since! Outside of work, I like to spend time with my husband and dogs! Hi everyone, my name is Lauren Page and I'm your publicist for the 2021-2022 school year! I'm a senior majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a Biomedical Concentration. I also have a Spanish minor. I interned at Eaton this past summer as a Quality Engineer. In my free time, I like to try new vegetarian recipes, attend workout classes and spend time with my family and friends. I'm looking forward to meeting new people in SWE this year!
